Six months of training with Fatima

Fatima started training with Linda in December 2025. In the beginning, she would get tired by the 8th rep of a single set with 5 lb weights — and once had to let go of the dumbbell entirely before finishing. Today she trains confidently with dumbbells of 10, 12, 15, and even 20 lbs, completing 3 full sets of 12 reps for both upper and lower body. Her upper body strength is now exceptional, and she and Linda continue to focus on lower body and core. She is amazing — and proof of what consistent, personalized training can do.
